Partner terms

  1. You earn 10% of the product price of each order placed with your code or through your share link, after any discount. Tax and shipping don’t count. We may agree a different rate with you in writing.

  2. A commission is earned once the customer approves their portrait and we take payment. It becomes payable 30 days later for digital files, and 30 days after delivery for prints and canvases. If an order is refunded, its commission is reversed.

  3. We pay once a month by PayPal or bank transfer when your payable balance is $25 or more. Smaller balances carry over to the next month.

  4. If a customer comes through your share link and then types a general code (one that isn’t a partner’s), the order still counts for you. If they type another partner’s code, it counts for that partner. The most recent share link wins over an earlier one. Orders you place with your own code earn no commission.

  5. Please describe our portraits honestly, say that you are a partner when you share your code, and don’t bid on our name in search ads or post your code on coupon sites.

  6. Either of us can end the partnership at any time by email. Commissions already earned are still paid.
